Woman left dead after overnight shooting in Wentzville

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – A woman is left dead after a shooting in Wentzville overnight Thursday morning.

According to the Wentzville Police Department, the shooting took place on the 100 block of Katie Lynn Court. A man was taken into custody and is currently cooperating with investigators. Police say two juveniles were at the scene of the shooting and are currently safe.
