MOUNT VERNON, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Post 11 is investigating a fatal collision.

KSP says it responded to I-75 71-mile marker northbound to a two motor vehicle crash on Wednesday in Rockcastle County.
Police say a car, driven by Sally T. Broesell, 77 of Berea, was traveling north bound on I-75. Police say Broesell lost control of the vehicle and drove into the path of a semi truck operated by Justin L. Hillhouse, 26 of Falcon, Missouri.
Broesell suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Rockcastle County Coroner.
Hillhouse did not sustain injuries in the collision.
The investigation is ongoing.
