INDIANAPOLIS — A winning Powerball ticket worth $1 million is set to expire on Dec. 26, the Hoosier Lottery announced on Saturday.
According to a press release, this ticket was purchased in June at the Kendallville Finish Line at 620 Professional Way in Kendallville, Ind. It matched all five white balls for the June 29 drawing, with winning numbers of 26-51-54-61-69. The Powerball was 25, Hoosier Lottery said.
Per Hoosier Lottery, this winning ticket must be claimed by 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 26, at the latest. The winner can head to the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment office at 1302 N. Meridian St. in Indianapolis to claim it.
Hoosier Lottery suggested that the ticket holder keep their ticket in a safe place. They also suggested meeting with a financial advisor and calling the Hoosier Lottery customer service line at (800) 955-6886 for specific instructions on claiming the ticket.
