NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Everybody’s got a story.
And now everybody’s got a place to tell it.
It’s a recording studio set up inside one of those silver Airstream trailers.
It’s parked in New Orleans at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
That’s the address where WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood tells you the story of StoryCorps.
“When you have people from different walks of life come together, it’s a beautiful song,” said Latojia Dawkins.
The tales will be told around town until Friday, December 13.
The trailer is just down the street from 89.9 WWNO New Orleans Public Radio.
“New Orleans is such a great story telling city and we are hoping to capture those unique New Orleans stories that you hear. First hand accounts and firt person narratives,” said WWNO General Manager Paul Maassen.
