Vehicle fire in DeKalb County shuts down I-69 lanes

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — A vehicle on fire has shut down northbound lanes of I-69, causing traffic to come to a complete stop.

According to Indiana Trafficwise, a vehicle fire has shut down all lanes heading northbound between IN 1 and IN 8, just three miles south of the Auburn area.

Information is extremely limited, WANE 15 has crews heading to the scene and are working to find out more.
