The Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, has announced that it will no longer host an upcoming AEW event.
The arena was slated to host the December 7th Collision event. However, that has been canceled. The event’s page on the official Nationwide Arena website states the following:
“The AEW (ALL ELITE WRESTLING) event originally scheduled for December 7 at Nationwide Arena has been cancelled.”
AEW still plans to broadcast the December 4 episode of AEW Dynamite live from the Indianapolis Fishers Event Center. Although not confirmed, AEW will likely tape that week’s Collision episode before or after Dynamite.
As of this writing, it’s unclear why the event was canceled.
