This Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (November 20, 21, and 22), Trident United Way will host their 24th annual Days of Caring, benefiting dozens of nonprofit organizations across the Tri-County region.
During these three days, Trident United Way matches nonprofit agencies and schools with volunteer teams to help complete essential projects that these organizations might not be able to tackle on their own. These volunteer teams consist of corporate colleagues, friends, families, and neighbors.
This year, Trident United Way will have 152 volunteer projects and more than 1,500 volunteers contributing their time and talents. Among the largest volunteer teams are Blackbaud, MUSC, University School of the Lowcountry, Naval Nuclear Training Command, Santee Cooper, SMHa, Elliott Davis, Nucor, Ingevity, and many more.
