CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Whether you plan to hit the road bound for your Thanksgiving Day destination or will finish some last-minute grocery shopping on Wednesday, expect a partly sunny day with mild temperatures.
Morning fog will lift along the coast. Highs will be in the low 70s but expect a drop into the upper 50s and low 60s overnight.
Expect a warm Thanksgiving with a chance of rain. “There could be some thunderstorms as a cold front moves through later in the day. It will be breezy, warm, and humid with highs in the low to mid 70,” said Storm Team 2’s Josh Marthers.
Much cooler air will move in by Friday and through the weekend. “This will be our coldest airmass of the season arriving just in time for the end of November, and the beginning of December,” said Marthers.
