A Southern California man who ran had a foster home was arrested on alleged child pornography charges.
The suspect was identified as Nicholas Alejandro Diaz, 52, of Grand Terrace, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Diaz operated a foster family home where children were placed in his care throughout the years, authorities said.
While investigating, detectives collected evidence that Diaz was allegedly involved in the possession and distribution of child pornography.
He was taken into custody at his residence. No foster children were present at the property.
Authorities believe there may be additional victims of Diaz who have not come forward. His booking photo was released in case victims may recognize him.
No further details were released as the case remains under investigation.
