SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Scottsville man is facing charges related to a reported assault.
According to a uniform citation, the Scottsville Police Department responded Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. for a call reporting harassment.
Police say the caller stated a man, identified as Edwin Tucker, 25, of Scottsville, had been “chasing her all over Scottsville” that day.
Police say around 5:16 p.m., the caller says Tucker saw her driving down East Main Street and entered her lane, trying to hit her head on.
According to the citation, surveillance video shows Tucker backing up at a high rate of speed and almost hitting a vehicle driving up East Main Street.
Police say the caller and Tucker had been in a dispute and that the caller had a 3-inch cut and large bruise on her right leg.
Tucker was arrested and transported to the Allen County Detention Center. He is charged fourth-degree assault (dating violence – minor injury) and first-degree wanton endangerment.
