WWE removed Ronda Rousey from SmackDown to ‘fulfilling PR obligations’ on Friday, on the first show afer Survivor Series.
Vince McMahon was the CEO of WWE before he had to step down following allegations of sexual misconduct and allegedly having paid $12 million in hush money in a huge scandal. He eventually retired from WWE for good and was replaced by his daughter Stephanie McMahon as the CEO of WWE. His son-in-law Triple H is now the Executive Vice President of Talent and Relations as well. Vince McMahon also lied about quitting WWE recently.
Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns had a heated argument after WWE Survivor Series WarGames. This was after Kevin Owens legitimately slapped Roman Reigns and possibly burst his eardrums. However, it was added that WWE still plans on having Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns feud in the future as well in the future.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter , Dave Meltzer noted the following about Kevin Owens.
“Some said it happened, Reigns was obviously furious, but it largely blew over by 20 minutes later. Others said that wasn’t accurate in the sense it wasn’t completely blown over, that Reigns was upset, but it’s not like they are changing any plans in booking or he won’t work with Owens or there will be any punishment or anything like that.
