Qatar Airways has partnered with distribution technology supplier TPConnects to provide an agent portal that gives access to New Distribution Capability offers, the companies announced. The Oryx Portal, powered by TPConnects’ Astra retailing platform, lets agents shop, sell and service flights and add ancillaries and bundles, while providing images and videos of aircraft and cabin types as well as interactive seat maps. The portal also features a booking management function to help agents handle flight disruptions, according to TPConnects.
