ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Two men have been arrested after an alleged shots fired incident on Lark Drive in Albany on Tuesday afternoon. The Albany Police Department said Benjamin Velazquez, 19, of Philadelphia, and Christian Keith, 18, of Troy, were arraigned on Wednesday morning.
Police said they responded to the shots fired call around 1:45 p.m. on Lark Drive near Manning Boulevard and began to investigate after finding evidence that a gun was fired. The suspects fled the scene after firing at an occupied car, according to police.

Velazquez is charged with one count of second-degree criminal facilitation and tampering with evidence. He was released under probationary supervision.
