ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A small plane leaving the Greater Rochester International Airport Wednesday night needed to make an emergency landing in Buffalo.
According to officials with the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, the private plane was carrying four people at the time. It’s unclear where it was headed. The pilot was able to make a safe landing at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport and no one was injured, officials confirmed.
News 8 is still working to learn what the emergency was. Nothing has been confirmed by authorities on the matter at this time.
