- Thursday, March 27 at 9:30 a.m.: The NYC Rent Guidelines Board will hold the first in a series of public meetings this spring which on potential rent adjustments for tenants in rent-stabilized apartments across the city, culminating in a final vote in June. More here.
- Friday, March 28, 4 to 6 p.m.: As part of neighborhood outreach for the Atlantic Avenue Mixed Use Plan, the city will hold a housing resource fair at St. Joseph’s Cathedral at 856 Pacific St., Brooklyn. More here.
- Saturday, March 29 at 9 a.m.: The Historic Districts Council will hold its 2025 conference, “Challenges and Opportunities for Historic Affordable Housing.” More here.

- 3641 Johnson Avenue Apartments, Bronx, for households earning between $81,429 – $218,010.
- 56 Beach Street Apartments, Staten Island, for households earning between $145,509 – $218,010
- 18 India Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $56,503 – $218,010
- 321 Franklin Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $90,858 – $218,010
- 1073 Tiffany Street Apartments, Bronx, for households earning between $99,052 – $161,590
- 1351 Jerome Avenue Apartments, Bronx, for households earning between $33,498 – $181,740
