Upcoming Housing and Land Use-Related Events:
- Monday, March 17 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Committee on General Welfare, which has jurisdiction over New York City’s Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services and Department of Homeless Services, will hold a hearing on the mayor’s preliminary budget. More here.
- Monday, March 17 at 1 p.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a review session on several land use applications, including the city proposed rezoning for Jamaica, Queens. More here.
- Monday, March 17 at 4 p.m.: The New York State Legislature will hold a joint budget subcommittee hearing on the environment, agriculture and housing. More here.
- Tuesday, March 18 at 12 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Landmarks, Public Sitings and Dispositions will meet regarding an application for the Brownsville NCP. More here.
- Tuesday, March 18 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will meet regarding the proposed 123-12 Sutphin Boulevard Rezoning. More here.

- Thursday, March 20, 12 to 2 p.m.: The city Department of Housing, Preservation and Development will host a “Know Your Rights” online workshop for rent stabilized and rent controlled tenants. More here.
- Sunday, March 22, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Manhattan Community Board 10 will host a day-long housing forum in Harlem with workshops, panels, and a community town hall addressing deteriorating housing conditions. More here.

- 927 Atlantic Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $114,172 – $250,380
- 214-33 41st Avenue Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $109,715 – $218,010
- 1644 New York Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $78,858 – $218,010
- 1730 Bedford Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $123,258 – $218,010
- 2-21 Malt Drive Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $85,372 – $218,010
