Pursuant to N.C. General Statutes 163-182.10(a), the Warren County Board of Elections has received an election protest from a candidate for the November 5, 2024 General Election that was held in Warren County NC.
The Warren County Board of Elections will meet on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 8:45 a.m. (prior to the previously noticed Recount) to establish probable cause as defined by N.C. General Statutes 163-182.10 to review the protest and to determine if a violation of election law or irregularity or misconduct might have occurred.
