ORLANDO (WGNO) — The NBA announced Wednesday, Oct. 9, that the New Orleans Pelicans’ second preseason matchup with the Magic has been canceled.
The game was scheduled for Friday night. Oct. 11 at 6 p.m. in Orlando but it will not be played because of Hurricane Milton.
The Pelicans have two more preseason contests scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 13 in Miami and Tuesday, Oct. 15 in Houston.
They will open the regular season at home on Wednesday, Oct. 23 against the Chicago Bulls.
Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
