The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying six people wanted in connection with a robbery that took place last week in Queens.
According to the NYPD, the incident occurred on Wednesday, March 19, around 7:36 p.m. in the vicinity of Mayfair Road and 116th Street, within the 102nd Precinct, which includes parts of Richmond Hill, Kew Gardens and Woodhaven.
Police said five unidentified individuals forcefully entered a location, pushed a 53-year-old woman to the ground and bound her and another 36-year-old woman with tape. The suspects then swiped jewelry, purses, clothing and other items valued at approximately $1.1 million, according to the NYPD.
The group fled the scene with a sixth individual in a white 2021 Toyota RAV4, police said. No injuries were reported.
