A person was injured after being cut with a knife at Solider Field on Sunday, hours after the Chicago Bears game.
About 6:10 p.m., a male of unknown age was involved in a fight with a 41-year-old man at the sports venue in the 1400 block of South Special Olympics Drive, Chicago police said.
The man pulled out a knife and slashed the person’s shoulder and face, police said. He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in good condition.
Police wouldn’t say if the incident happened inside or outside Soldier Field.
The Chicago Bears beat the Carolina Panthers 36-10 Sunday in a game that started at noon and ended by 3:30 p.m.
The man with the knife was taken into custody, and charges are pending, police said.
