INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating a shooting that left a person dead on the near northwest side of Indianapolis.
IMPD officers were called to 1100 W. 27th Street on reports of a person down Saturday morning.

Upon arrival, officers found a victim with gunshot injuries. The victim was pronounced dead.
Homicide investigators are now responding.
No additional information has been released at this time.
