Indicted Center Township Constable Denise Paul Hatch is back in jail after her bond was revoked.
Hatch got into an altercation last week at the Fall Creek Government Center with Township Trustee LaDonna Freeman. She accused Freeman and other Center Township Democrats of trying to remove her from office.
Hatch and Freeman had to be separated by security.
Hatch then left. As a condition of her being released on bond, she was under home detention and was not supposed to leave her house.
Hatch also faces additional charges, including official misconduct as she was in her constable uniform when the altercation took place.
This is the third time Hatch has been trouble with the law.
She was arrested back in May for theft and was charged with violating a judge’s order last February in a previous felony case to not carry a firearm despite her duties as a sworn law enforcement officer.
Indy Politics caught up with her spokesman, Bob Kern, who claimed she is being set.
You can hear Kern in the Leon-Tailored Audio below.
It runs for about seven minutes.
