FRAMINGHAM — A local man who was found not guilty of murder last year now faces several gun-related charges.
Aneudy Delgado-Torres, of Framingham, was arrested during the early morning hours of Sept. 2. Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens told the Daily News that Delgado-Torres was stopped by police after they received reports of him brandishing a firearm.
Delgado-Torres is charged with four firearms-related felonies: carrying a large-capacity firearm; carrying a loaded firearm without a license; possessing a large-capacity ammunition feeding device; and a second offense of carrying a firearm without a license.

Besides the four felony charges, Delgado-Torres is charged with possessing ammunition without a firearms license; resisting arrest; and walking or riding on railroad tracks — the incident occurred on Waverly Street in the vicinity of the Commuter Rail tracks.
Delgado-Torres pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on Sept. 3 in Framingham District Court. He was ordered held without bail pending the results of a detention hearing. Judge David W. Cunis presided over the arraignment.

Delgado-Torres previously faced murder charges stemming from the January 2020 shooting deaths of James “Manny” Wade, 45, and his son, James Wade, 24.
Authorities had alleged the Wades went to a parking lot near Beaver Terrace Circle and Second Street, the site of a dispute between two drug gangs, in January 2020.

When the Wades arrived, someone opened fire with a gun. Manny Wade was shot 19 times in his heart, lungs and liver. He was taken to MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, where he died.
The younger Wade was shot twice in the leg as well as once in his back. The bullet entered his back, traveled up through his neck and exited his chin, authorities said. He was declared dead at the scene.
After two days of deliberations, a jury found Delgado-Torres not guilty last November.
Delgado-Torres is due back in court on Sept. 9 for a dangerousness hearing.
