Family mourns after teen killed in gas station shootout

ST. LOUIS – A family is still in shock and mourning after their 15-year-old boy was shot and killed in the crossfire of a shootout earlier this week.

Police say Jamar Hamilton died early Tuesday at a gas station parking lot in the Baden neighborhood. His grandpa, Marvell Williams, is remembering him as a fun, loving kid.

Police could not immediately confirm whether anyone has been arrested in connection to Hamilton’s death.
