DRC : Dan Gertler’s lawyer arrested by the National Cyber Defence Council

The National Cyber Defence Council, attached to Félix Tshisekedi’s presidency and led by Jean-Claude Bukasa, has arrested lawyer Médard Palankoy Lakwas, longterm adviser of Israeli billionaire Dan Gertler.
