To our subscribers:
This is a reminder that we will cease print delivery of The Post and Courier two days a week — on Mondays and Tuesdays — with the change taking effect next Monday, April 7.
We will continue to deliver print editions all other days of the week, Wednesday through Sunday.
On Mondays and Tuesdays, you will find full coverage in our E-Papers, a digital replica of the print newspaper you’re accustomed to reading. The E-Papers will contain all of the content now available in print, plus expanded coverage of business, national and world news, sports, health and more.
If you prefer, you can also read us throughout the day online at www.postandcourier.com.
After we announced the delivery changes last month, we listened to feedback from our readers and updated our plans as follows:
- Monday and Tuesday puzzles will be published in the print Sunday Life section.
- Death notices and obituaries that appear in the Monday and Tuesday E-Papers will also be published in print on Wednesdays and Sundays, depending on timing and circumstances.
We’ve also received valuable input about our app and will continue to improve the experience.
Nearly 500 readers have participated in more than 60 Digital Discovery sessions to learn how to use the E-Paper. We encourage everyone to give the E-Paper a try. If you’re uncertain how to use it, we want to help you experience it. We continue to offer Digital Discovery sessions, both in person and virtually. To register, visit postandcourier.com/DigitalDiscovery.
When we informed you of the delivery reductions, CEO and Publisher PJ Browning and I assured you that nothing would change in our commitment to local journalism that informs and has impact. We remain fully invested in a mission rooted in public service reporting that holds power to account, identifies problems and solutions, celebrates the best in our people and our state, and ultimately lifts our communities.
Thank you, as always, for subscribing and giving us the opportunity to serve you as a trusted news source.
