ST. LOUIS – Crushed Red Pizza, located at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport, was named “Top 100 Movers & Shakers” for its creative pizza kiosk program.
The company celebrated the announcement in a ceremony that was hosted by PizzaMarketPlace.com in Las Vegas.
“Our Pizza Kiosk and Buy and Fly program have been fantastic. Lambert St. Louis International Airport has been an outstanding partner and we’re extremely proud to bring our high-quality pizzas to a whole new audience,” LaRocca said.
Crushed Red founder Chris LaRocca was also recognized as one of the top 100 innovators in the pizza restaurant space.
“Healthful, Sustainable, Craveable” is the tagline for the company, but it’s more than a message for Crushed Red as it strives to provide individuals healthier alternatives conveniently.
In news of this announcement, LaRocca shared that Crushed Red will be expanding its presence.
Crushed Red will have its seventh location in suburban St. Louis. However, this spot will have a drive-thru.
“We love that we bring excellent quality and innovation to the pizza space and now we’ll be adding the convenience of a drive-thru,” LaRocca said. “Busy families will really benefit from this time-saving addition to the Crushed Red family of restaurants.”
LaRocca also shared that Crushed Red’s eighth location will come to St. Charles, Missouri.
The company is also in talks with other parties surrounding its kiosk program.
