The Carver Senior Center and the Mac Brownell Adult Day Center will be temporarily closed on Monday, November 18, 2024, due to lack of heat at the facility.
Transportation will be provided for seniors wishing to participate in activities and congregate lunch from the Carver Senior Center to the Senior Center of Leesburg on Monday.
- Anyone who wishes to attend the congregate lunch and be provided with transportation to the Senior Center of Leesburg should be at the Carver Senior Center by 11:00 a.m. The bus will return to the Carver Senior Center once lunch service is completed.
- Those participants who currently receive transportation to the Carver Senior Center will have the option to be bused to the Senior Center of Leesburg for the day. The bus transportation will return from Leesburg at 1:45 p.m.
- As a reminder, Loudoun County PRCS senior center membership holders receive access to all five senior centers. You can find more information about senior centers in Loudoun County here.
Participants of the co-located Mac Brownell Adult Day Center will be provided services at the Loudoun County Adult Day Center (Leesburg).
