U.S. Senator Mike Braun is running for Governor in 2024
Braun has filed paperwork this week with the Secretary of State’s office.

Braun was elected to the U.S. Senate back in 2018.
Braun is from Jasper and is the founder and CEO of Meyer Distributing and the owner of Meyer Logistics.
He was a member of the Jasper School Board from 2004 to 2014, and Braun served in the Indiana House of Representatives for Indiana District 63 from 2014 to 2017. Braun resigned from the state House on November 1, 2017, to focus on his U.S. Senate campaign.
Braun joins former Pence administration official Eric Doden. Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch is expected to run. Also named as a possible contender is Congressman Trey Hollingsworth.
By running for Governor, Braun sets off a domino effect, with Jim Banks and Victoria Spartz likey running for his seat, And a host of other political characters will be running for their seats.
