PELHAM, N.H. — A motor vehicle crash in Pelham resulted in a driving under the influence charge for the third time in less than four days, police said. Matthew Poff, 22, of Pelham, was charged with DUI during the early morning hours on Sunday following a single-vehicle crash on Lannan Drive, according to a Pelham Police Department press release.
