AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department said it was searching for a man in connection with an Oct. 21 robbery that occurred at a north Austin 7-Eleven.
APD said the robbery took place at approximately 3:45 a.m. in the 9200 block of Burnet Road.
According to police, the suspect entered the store armed with a handgun and demanded money from the clerk.

Police described the suspect as a Black man between the ages of 30 and 40 with a medium build.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a white N95 mask, grey sweatpants with black stripes on the sides, a white sock on left foot, a black sock on right, and grey slippers. He was also carrying a small black backpack.

“A reward of up to $1,000 may be available for any information that leads to an arrest,” APD said.
