Ajay Gahlaut, group chief creative officer, Dentsu Creative Services, is exiting the company. He will be with Dentsu Creative till the end of April 2023.

Gahlaut joined Dentsu at a time when the agency saw a lot of senior team exiting. These included Titus Upputuru, Ayesha Ghosh, Harsh Shah (president, Dentsu Creative), PG Aditiya (CCO, dentsu Webchutney), Gautam Reghunath, (CEO, dentsu Webchutney), Haresh Nayak (president, and MD, Posterscope), Shamsuddin Jasani (MD – South Asia, Isobar), Anand Bhadkamkar (CEO, dentsu India), Gautam Mehra (chief data and product officer, Apac); Rubeena Singh (CEO, iProspect); and Vivek Bhargava (head of Dentsu Performance Group).
Gahlaut has also worked with Publicis, Ogilvy, Rediffusion, McCann and Saatchi & Saatchi.
His next move is unknown. An announcement regarding his replacement will follow soon, informed Dentsu.
