Increasing wind with rain/mix and snow overnight. The immediate shoreline and Southeastern CT will see mostly rain, maybe some wet snow at times along with strong, gusty winds.
Away from the shoreline, we’ll see wet snow into the Thursday morning commute with slow and slippery conditions along with school delays and cancelations especially the higher in elevation you are! Allow lots of extra time and bundle-up!!
