TELL CITY, Ind. — One lucky Hoosier is waking up as a millionaire.
For only the fifth time in the history of the Hoosier Lottery, a jackpot topping $40 million has been won by a lucky lottery player. The winning ticket was purchased at On the Fly gas station in Tell City, located on the Ohio River in southern Indiana.
The winning ticket is worth $42.5 million and is the fourth largest jackpot in Hoosier Lottery history. The largest ever jackpot was $54.5 million.
If you purchased a lottery ticket in Tell City, check your numbers because your life might be changed forever. Wednesday’s winning numbers are: 10-16-24-33-39-46.
