PUBLIC HEARING – Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems Special Permit and Site Plan Approval
Thursday, March 20, 2025
A public hearing will be held by the Town of Stockbridge Planning Board pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval to construct/erect and operate a 170’ wireless telecommunications facility (with 4’ lightening rod, associated equipment and improvements) on a portion of land located on Cole Street (west of 4349 Cole Street) and more formally known as Tax Map No. 101.-3-3, in the Town of Stockbridge, New York.
Said hearing will be held at the Town of Stockbridge Municipal Building located at 5314 North Main Street, Munnsville on March 20, 2025 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
A copy of the application materials have been filed with the Town Clerk and are available for public inspection prior to the public hearing.
This and all meetings held for the Town of Stockbridge at the Town of Stockbridge Municipal Building are open to the public.
