Ralph Arias, One Sotheby’s International Realty’s top agent in 2024, closed almost all of his deals off-market last year.
That amounted to $400.2 million in sales, according to a spokesperson for the brokerage.
In One Sotheby’s 2024 awards for individual agents, Michael Martinez followed Arias, closing $165.2 million in on-market sales according to TRD’s 2024 Miami-Dade County broker ranking. Martinez also ranked as One Sotheby’s top individual agent in 2023. Agent Dennis Carvajal ranked in third place in the latest awards.
Coconut Grove-based One Sotheby’s awards, announced this week, span its 31 offices and more than 1,400 agents across Florida’s East Coast. Led by mother-son duo Mayi and Daniel de la Vega, One Sotheby’s has grown its sales volume in recent years alongside South Florida’s luxury real estate boom.
Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo had the listing for one of the most expensive home sales in Miami Beach last year –– developer Philippe Harari’s $62.5 million sale of a waterfront spec mansion on La Gorce Island. It catapulted their Waterfront Team to the top award for large teams at One Sotheby’s for 2024, according to a press release. Curkoski and Justo’s team closed a total of $262 million in sales last year, the release shows.
Vero Beach-based O’Dare Boga Dobson Group, led by Cindy O’Dare, Richard Boga and Kristin Dobson, ranked second for large teams. The team had taken the top spot in 2023’s One Sotheby’s awards, with $184 million in sales. Marko Gojanovic and Reid Heidenry’s MR Luxury Group ranked third in the latest ranking, closing $171.1 million in on-market sales according to TRD’s 2024 Miami-Dade County broker ranking.
For One Sotheby’s small teams, Eddy Martinez and Roland Ortiz’s Miami-based Worldwide Group took the top spot with $128 million in sales according to a spokesperson for the brokerage. Brian Moorman’s Ponte Vedra Beach-based Moorman Group followed in second place, and then Karen Elmir’s Miami-based Elmir Group, in third place
Manny Chamizo III won the top spot for commercial sales. The Catena Group, led by Catalina Martinez, Ena Espino and Damian Silvi, ranked as the brokerage’s top team for development sales.
