KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Fire crews are currently on the scene of a large apartment fire near South Parker and West Loula Streets in Olathe, Kansas, according to the Olathe Fire Department.
Just before 5:40 a.m. Friday, OFD posted a video on X showing firefighters and emergency response teams fighting a fire inside a newly built apartment building still under construction.

OFD said there are no reported injuries at this time; however, part of the building has collapsed.
According to the X post, the call came in at about 4 a.m., and the fire was seen from over four miles away.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
