Starting salary $36,266.00 subject to change in 2025
Duties include:
Data Entry
Receive and prepare documents for recording, including proofreading for accuracy and completeness.
Receive and enter recording fees in cash book and on computer.
Answering phone calls and assisting visitors.
Performs basic computer duties as assigned, including loading, printing labels, and completing backup procedures.
Some light lifting for books for prior deed searches
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a courteous, tactful manner with co-workers, other county departments, abstractors, bank personnel, attorneys, and the public.
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Preference for office work experience
