80 minute back up on West Bound I-435 in Leawood

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Drivers on I-435 are dealing with a big backup Friday morning in Leawood, Kansas.

The backup is due to a crash on WB Interstate 435 past State Line Road.

According to Johnson County MedAct, one person was taken to the hospital with injuries that are not considered to be life-threatening.

The call for the crash came in just before 7 a.m.
