POLICE: One airlifted after single-vehicle wreck in Decatur

DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — The Decatur Police Department says one person was airlifted to a hospital after a wreck in Decatur.

According to DPD, the wreck happened on Old Moulton Road near West Chapel Hill Road. Police said the road is temporarily closed.

DPD is asking drivers to avoid the area at this time.
