Denver police officers are investigating a Sunday night homicide in the city’s Civic Center neighborhood.
Around 10 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a death in a building in the 800 block of Acoma Street, the Denver Police Department said in a statement on X.

Multiple apartment complexes, a dance club, a real estate agency and a culinary school are in that block.
Police said Wednesday the death is under investigation as a homicide and anyone with information is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
