WWE is enjoying a boom period under the creative direction of Triple H. However, things could have been very different if the company was still under the control of Vince McMahon. Kevin Nash recently made an interesting statement regarding Triple H’s role in WWE if that had been the case, stating how he thinks The Game would have left the company if Vince was still in charge.
According To Kevin Nash, Triple H Might Have Left WWE If Vince Was Still Around
On the latest episode of his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash discussed how Paul “Triple H” Levesque’s leadership greatly improved WWE’s product once he took control over Vince McMahon following his allegations, describing it as a “night and day” difference. He highlighted how crucial he believes Levesque has been to the company’s success, and how TKO is happy with his work and results.

A juicy bit of information Nash revealed made headlines, however, when he insinuated that Triple H would have left WWE if Vince McMahon was still in charge. He mentioned how The Game’s wife, Stephanie McMahon, had already left the company, and while Triple H himself didn’t actually admit to it, Nash deduced it from the conversations they were having:
As soon as he got his hands on the controls, sh*t changed. The product became, I mean, it just was night and day. Then Vince almost tried to kibosh it and they went through all that sh*t again. I think at that point if it wouldn’t have went the way it did, I think Paul would have walked. Steph already had. I mean, we never had the conversation, but I know Paul. I mean, I have talked to Paul about some other things. I know some other information that made me feel really good when I heard how Endeavor (TKO) felt about Paul.
Kevin Nash Calls Triple H The GOAT Wrestler When It Comes To All Aspects Of The Wrestling Industry
During the podcast, Nash also revealed how he considered Triple H as the greatest of all time when it comes to his overall contributions to wrestling. While he mentioned Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair as potential GOATs, he emphasized Triple H’s roles both on and off-screen.
“My whole thing is, it’s just like, who’s the greatest of all time? It’s just like, you know, absolutely there’s the 1A and 1B you know, whether you’re a Flair guy or you’re a Hogan guy, and then there’s the business aspect guy and I say that the best run of anybody would be Triple H from all standpoints of the business. There’s no comparison.”
