TEMPE, Ariz.–The University of Hawai’i men’s tennis team will travel to Tempe, Ariz. to compete in this week’s ITA Southwest Regionals. The tourney will be held from Thursday, Oct. 17 – Tuesday, Oct. 22 at the Whiteman Tennis Center on the Arizona State campus.

‘Junior transfer Azuma Visaya has made an immediate impact for the Rainbow Warriors. In singles, he leads UH with a 6-2 overall record while winning his last three-straight matches. He and doubles partner Quinn Snyder have tallied a team-best 4-1 record. In singles, after falling in his first match against Santa Clara’s Lukas Maskow, Snyder has reeled off four-straight wins to carry a 4-1 mark into this week. Karl Collins has won three of his last four matches for a 3-2 singles record.
