5 years later: Former San Francisco Mayor London Breed looks back on COVID-19 shelter-in-place order

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — March 15 marks five years since former San Francisco Mayor London Breed issued the order to shelter-in-place during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The decision sparked a lot of controversy, and the city is still feeling the effects.

KRON4’s Vicki Liviakis had a chance to sit down with the former mayor to talk about her decision and whether or not she would have done anything different.
